We want ordering from Civic Parts NZ to be straightforward. Because we're building the range around local suppliers and different types of Civic parts, shipping details can vary between products.
Shipping
Available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery timeframes will be shown on the relevant product or during checkout. Where a product is supplied directly by a local supplier, dispatch timing may vary.
If you need a part by a particular date, contact us before ordering and we'll do our best to confirm availability and timing.
Before ordering
Older Civics can have significant fitment differences. Please check the product's fitment information carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, ask us first — we'd rather help you confirm the part than have you receive the wrong one.
Returns & refunds
Civic Parts NZ does not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. Returns and refunds for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable New Zealand law.

Something isn't right?
If your order arrives damaged, the wrong part has been supplied, or you believe there's a problem with the product, get in touch with your order details and some photos if useful. We'll work through it with you.
